Copper Eyebrow Dormers
Here is an assortment of copper dormers in several different shapes and sizes. (A dormer is a small add-on to the main roof structure, usually to facilitate the installation of a window or vent).
The first dormer below began with a wood-framed structure, which was first covered with ice & water shiled membrane, to provide a 100% sealed surface. Sheet copper was cut and shaped to fit the structure. The copper window frame was custom-made, also.The flat seam method was utilized for this roof, and the valley and top seams were fully soldered.
Copper dormers come in many shapes and sizes. Each one we do is carefully hand-crafted to ensure many years of reliable performance.
